I'm terrible sorry but you shall find no you tube movies any longer, killed them all, nasty me :-). I fear I was just not happy with the quality of them and so I removed the whole bunch from my you tube account, sorry if you now see links to you tube movies that don't work. Not to worry, it isn't your computer that is malfunctioning but just my sloppiness that makes me not to want to revisit all blog posts and edit the movies out. Sorry for that.
Picture of a day at a museum, I made this little layout within 8 minutes as it was quite a simple one. please let me know if you like these kind of videos or that you want me to show other stuff (I will show how I create drawings within my diary, shortly.
I created this page with the picture of that tragic sight at the beach where Aylan washed a shore. Although the picture is so horrific it just needs to be in my diary, as it shows the current situation so well.
Making a journal page about a collection card I received for the cancer foundation. Part of my quest to create layouts, is to show my future self how things are currently done. In about 50 years from now, will there still be people ringing each doorbell and ask for money for a foundation? And if you're not at home, will they still stick these kind of cards into your letterbox. I wonder. Therefore I scrap what I receive now, so I can look back onto it in the future.
I'm truly very original with my titles today :-). This is a very quick layout of 1 picture with some stuff sticking behind and upon it. Just showing you how I make my pages as I go is my plan. I was thinking of asking the lovely lady Nicole Jones from Canada (nicolejones911.blogspot), if I could be on her list of youtubers that like to stick things on paper. I'm not a true scrapbooker, in the sense that I make layouts with official stuff, adding lovely titles and such (if you look at the title of the current blog, you might appreciate why I leave out titles often). But perhaps she might grand me a place, you never know.
Press out a lot of you tube videos at this moment. But I do like to show how I create these kind of pages. On you tube I often watch if I see similar methods of having a kind of scrapbook journal with regular pictures and some embelishments, or other ways of keeping a diary (with writing or drawing). But until this day I have never seen the combination of some kind of album filled with pictures as well as drawings and texts. So please if you know of a youtuber, blogger, or other kind of website where they do show similar ideas, please let me know with a comment to this blog. I'm highly interested!!!
Here I show you how I have created two pages (one with scraps of materials and pictues, the other with finishing off a painting with some water colors. Enjoy!
It has been such a while since I last uploaded something on this website. But I really like to share how I currently collect my memories. So therefore I figured to start adding to this blog and sharing with you what I do to create the memories on paper. Below you see some picture of my diary, but I fear my camera has some issues with the lighting I had on, so they are all a bit more yellow then they would be in real time.
Made this page with a picture from work, of my current working conditions. As the sunscreens have a mind of their own, I use an umbrella to shade my screens in order to see a tiny bit of what I'm doing. I do try to keep it simple. I took 10 minutes to make this page. I think that I print out about 10 pictures during the work week, so that is something like 100 minutes or somewhat more then 1.5 hours, to get these things in. Of course I also include articles and drawings of my own that might take more time.
