 I loved seeing the Dutch castle that is in the possession of our queen. It is a weird thought to realize that our queen walked in the same rooms as I did. That she knows the furniture, that she drank from the china that was now on display. No touching allowed. Just watch behind the red rope.

 What do you get when you're drawing without thought: this...
 Ever been to a splendid hotel? I was. It was not only splendid, it was also called that way. I arrived in total darkness in the middle of the night. A congress would start the day after. Being a speaker I needed to prepare. So I rose, following my normal rithm, at 5 'o clock. What a beautiful surprise was in stock for me when I opened the curtains!!! Truly splendid.
 I've put the picture, I made of a drawing, send to a colleague, after she gave birth to a little one, after just 28 weeks of pregnancy, into my Remains of the day album. I made the drawing a while ago. I'm happy to report that the little baby is now a small miss that is discovering the world. A story well ended.
