From the moment I purchased this house I was certain to add a glass house to it. And here it is. I fear I do not have pictures that shows how it was placed. The farmer who placed it (who was really kind and had hands like shovels) told me that he disliked having pictures taken. And so I needed to hold off my camera. But it is secured to the ground nicely (it is based on 4 concrete pillars). The man told me that he got by by placing these kinds of glass houses next to having 150 cows. This was the second one in his fifteen years of experience that he needed to place a white glass house. Oddly enough, most people want green or black glass houses. But he agreed with me, it did look nice with my house, having a white one. Comments are closed.

AuthorHi, I'm Bregtje. Here you can find me with my head up side down in the garden. But I also can be found with my head in a newly home made cupboard or above the kitchen stove or even between piles of paper, sticking stuff in arty albums and brushing away with paint! And now I'm developing a new hobby to add to my ever growing project list: blogging about it all! Please find my Garden blog, Kitchen blog, Homemaking blog and Arts blog here! Archives
